Families and groups with an adult guest
Each reservation has one primary guest aged 18 or older — the person who signs the registration and digital check-in on behalf of the group.
Minors may stay as part of the group when traveling with a responsible adult and complying with registration, occupancy, and property rules.

01 Where does availability come from?
Each property page checks current availability before showing a price or allowing you to submit a request.
02 When do I see the total price?
Before payment. The total shows nights, cleaning, and applicable charges, including pets only on properties that allow them.
03 Which properties allow pets?
Only Cabañita Entreaguas and Cabaña Entreaguas allow pets. The fee is US$7 per pet per night. The Hojarasca apartments do not allow pets.
04 Who processes payment?
Payment is handled by a secure payment provider. CAXA does not receive or store your full card number, CVV, or card expiration date.
05 What is CAXA Circle?
It is a private, voluntary profile for saving preferences, getting pre-arrival help, and building recognition on eligible direct stays. You can book without joining. Benefits are not automatic; CAXA may approve, limit, change, or decline them based on rules, availability, reservation value, and guest conduct.
06 What is the cancellation policy?
The applicable rule is shown before payment. If the booking is outside the non-refundable window, the stay charge is completed only on the scheduled date for that reservation.
07 Can I get help choosing?
